You touched our hearts and ears,
taught us to appreciate the music.
You showed kindness and gentleness to all,
Had a love for children that is rare.
Always had time for everyone and
never made anyone feel they were imposing on you.
Your absence is deeply felt.......
This weekend very unexpectedly we lost our friend, teacher and conductor.
Jonathan May was a very special person that is going to missed
and never forgotten.

Tara, I just now heard the news and decided to visit your blog. I am so sorry to hear of this tragedy. It is a terrible shock. We never even met him, but we feel the loss for our community nevertheless. So, so sad. Just want to share my sympathy with you.
