For Today February 15, 2010
President's Day
Outside my window...
the sun is shining brightly warming the air slightly
I am thinking...
about my week and planning all the whens and where and what's
I am thankful for...
a pleasant and relaxing Valentines day
I am wearing...
my favorite beige skirt, socks and slippers, tank with sweater and another sweater.
think I am cold, lol
I am remembering....
I need to make some calls to family let them know the plans on Friday
I am creating...
almost done with son's scarf and have a quilt sandwiched
I am going...
NOWHERE today!
I am reading...
"The guardian" it is at the point you want to jump to the end to find out
how it turns out, but you know that you will miss something.
I am hoping...
for another productive week.
From the learning rooms..
LLATL
Math
History of Presidents
I am hearing...
the show they are watching about President's
I am praying...
for my husband and his business
From the kitchen...
One pot - tonight
Chicken and dumplings - Tuesday
Chicken Divan - Wednesday
Meatloaf and mash potato - Thursday
Taco Soup - Friday
Homemade Pizza - Saturday
Pondering these words...
Around the house...
the morning cleaning done
laundry is in the process
One of my favorite things...
giving happiness to my children.
A few plans for the rest of the week...
the children's birthday party
making the cakes for the children
Here is a picture I would like to share...
we went to a orchestra recitial in Orlando..

Your menu for the week sounds great. I think I might add some chicken and dumplings to the menu for today.

I have visited your blog for the first time, I really like it! My children all do music too, and it really does fill my week ;-)
My daughter plays in 2 orchestras - I love going to watch them. I hope you have a wonderful week.
Your blog is beautiful. I have always heard the mom is the heart of the home. I cooked chicken and dumplings last night. Tonight I'm going even more Southern with blackeyed peas, potatoes and a salad. Your picture to share is great. Doylene
MMM, hope your chicken and dumplings were as delicious as ours!
I would love to learn to knit and crochet...you know, in all my spare time! I don't know how you do it!
Have a great week!
