Thanks Uncle Bob
Uncle Bob gave a rotisserie oven just before Thanksgiving. Tonight I finally had a chance to use it. Best chicken ever! The crispy skin and moist and tender inside. Only way I will be cooking chicken anymore. And yes Uncle Bob I put the water into the drip pan 2 cups.

The absolute best smell ever.
We use ours every Thanksgiving
for a 12# turkey.
Uncle Bob must know the secret of the rotisserie :)
